"Practice what we Preach!"

Practice what we (you) Preach means:
1. "To do the things or Behave the way that one advises, dictates or espouses."     The Free Dictionary
 2.    Gingersoftware.com
"To behave the way you tell other people to behave."  Same thing.
But they gave an Interesting Fact. The saying is found in
Matthew 23:3 "So you must obey them and do everything they tell you. But do not do what they do, for they do not practice what they preach."
Not sure which version they Use but in the KJV it says this:
Matthew 23:3  All therefore whatsoever they bid you observe, that observe and do; but do not ye after their works: for they say, and do not.  That came From Jesus.

My thoughts: Our life speaks in abundance in things that reflect what we do.  If we practice what we preach or say, we speak Truth. If we don't practice what we preach or say, we speak False.  Wouldn't it be best that we tell the truth and practice what we say then speaking a lie?  Yes,  Practice what we preach is the best thing to do. And When a Christian does Practice what he or she does and says it reflects the Spirit of Christ.  We need to be a vessel, an instrument for Jesus Christ.   I really don't know who started this saying but it is true.
